HotelBridge organizes requests, cases, and workflows for independent properties. It does not replace your PMS. Currently a supervised pilot — no certified-integration claims for specific vendors.

How it works (on-premises)
- Install — Microsoft Store download (free). Database and secrets on the hotel PC.
- First setup — Local wizard: mailbox, PMS or CSV choice, license or supervised demo mode.
- Daily work — Staff use inbox and cases; data stays local unless you enable connectors.
- B2B license — Per-property subscription; billing and activation outside the Store; terms accepted in the app.

FAQ
Does HotelBridge replace the PMS?
No. It is a local reservations office; we do not warrant certified integrations without a written agreement.
Is data sent to a central cloud?
Day-to-day use is offline-first on the hotel PC. Only configured connectors communicate externally.
Why «Coming soon» on the Store button?
Microsoft Store publication is in progress (ID 9P7Z1L80LTT9). The link is already official; until live, installs may use channels agreed with the supplier.
How is the license activated?
After B2B subscription, activation in the app (license file or documented procedure). Legal terms are accepted at first-run in the app, not on this site.
